3.2 Updating Account Information

Any change to your name, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to the support team immediately. If a withdrawal is delayed due to outdated or incorrect information, the user bears that responsibility.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, royel bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings held in them.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on royel bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.
• Funds sent from a third party's account or mobile number are not accepted and may be returned.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account after being made, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies once and only to one individual and one account.
• Bonuses may have a specific expiry period, which will be stated in the offer.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or misuse is found, the authority may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or disconnection, royel bd's server record will be considered final.

6.2 Results and Payments

For sports betting, once a result is determined, winnings will be automatically credited to the account. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of the relevant sports authority will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is fixed and is published in the game's information. If an incorrect payment occurs due to a fault in the game provider's software, royel bd reserves the right to correct it.

7. Prohibited Activities
